We care about your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligible for Return & Refund if:
- Product is unused and in original, sealed condition
- Packaging is not damaged or opened
- Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- Customer will bear return courier charges
❌ Not Eligible if:
- Product has been used, opened, or damaged
- More than 3 days have passed after receiving the item
- Return packaging is incomplete or broken
💰 Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5-10 working days
- Refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa
🚫 No Cash Refund on COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are only issued via digital transfer after return approval.
