1. Products & Usage

- Results may vary from person to person depending on hair/beard type, lifestyle, and consistency of use.
- We do not claim any medical or guaranteed results.
2. Orders
- Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before shipping.
- Please ensure all information (name, number, address) is accurate to avoid delivery delays.
- Deyams reserves the right to cancel or hold any suspicious or unverifiable orders.
3. Shipping
- We deliver only within Pakistan.
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on location.
- Shipping charges: Rs. 200 flat.
4. Payment
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- Advance payment via Bank Transfer is available on request.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only if:
✅ Product is unused and sealed
✅ Packaging is intact and not damaged
✅ Return is requested within 3 days of delivery - Customer must bear the return courier cost
- Refund or exchange will be processed after product inspection
- No return or refund on used or opened products
6. Privacy Policy
- Your personal data (name, address, contact info) is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
- We do not share or sell customer information with any third parties.
